Private lessons are available for participants aged 16 and over. If you wish to book lessons for children, please contact me by email before booking.

Any booking where the customer(s) purchase hours from Haus of Banshee for tuition of any kind, whereby the tutor must prepare bespoke plans and/or materials that are not already bookable with other workshops made available on www.hausofbanshee.com.

This could include a singular bespoke lesson or a succession or short course of lessons.

A booking would also be considered a bespoke lesson if the class or hours are a private booking, whereby no other members of the public can also book onto the class unless done so via the original client and agreement with the tutor beforehand and payment is secured. For example, a customer wanting to book a hand building class for two, but the dates available online are not suitable so would like to book a specific date and time that suits them.

Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been been received. I am unable to reserve lesson dates or times without payment.

Lesson hours are purchased in advance and are valid for 6 months from the date of your first lesson. Any unused lesson hours remaining after this period will expire.

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of booking and receive a full refund, provided your first lesson has not yet taken place.

Lesson dates and times are arranged by mutual agreement and are subject to availability.

You can contact my directly via email or phone to discuss times that suit you and match my availability. You can do this before or after your purchase.

• If you need to reschedule a lesson, please provide at least 72 hours notice. I will do my best to accommodate an alternative date within your remaining 6-month lesson validity period.

• Rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours notice will be treated as a late cancellation, and the lesson hours booked for that session will be deducted from your remaining balance.

• Exceptions may be made in exceptional circumstances.

• Repeated late cancellations or short-notice rescheduling requests may result in the loss of a regular lesson slot. In these circumstances, future lessons will be arranged on an ad hoc basis, subject to availability.

If I need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, I will offer you an alternatie date or, where appropriate, a refund for the affected lesson hours.

If I rearrange a lesson and this results in your lesson hours extending beyond the original 6-month validity period, those rearranged hours will be honoured beyond the expiry date. Any hours carried over for this reason must be used within 28 days of the original expiry date.

If you cancel a lesson with 72 hours or more notice, your booked lesson hours may be rearranged within your remaining validity period, subject to availability.

Lesson hours booked for sessions cancelled with less than 72 hours notice are non-refundable, non-transferable, and will be considered used.

Unused lesson hours cannot be exchanged for a refund once the 14-day cooling-off period has expired.
