You’ll be provided with a 15–20cm mirror glass, along with all tools and materials, so you can simply show up and enjoy the process. Guided step-by-step, you’ll shape and build a unique ceramic frame that reflects your personal style. Whether that’s whimsical and playful with organic shapes and soft textures, or dark and gothic with dramatic details and moody finishes.
No experience is necessary and suitable for beginners.
What is included?
A 2.5 hour lesson with a tutor with 12+ years of teaching experience. This will include an helpful demonstration(s).
Learn essential hand-building techniques in a friendly, supportive setting.
Aprons, clay, mirror and all tools are included.
Decorate using underglazes and decorative slip to add colour, pattern, and texture.

Design a truly one-of-a-kind piece for your home or as a thoughtful gift.
By the end of the session, your mirror will be ready for drying and firing, before becoming a stunning addition to your space. I will then fire at a later date when your frame is ready, and I will attach the mirror for you so your work is ready to mount on the wall the day you collect it.
What is not included?
Your final design(s) of how you will decorate your mirror frame. This is your own personal choice and creative freedom. However I will send you a link to a curated inspiration board before the workshop to help you form ideas before the day.
